Hello, my name is Caroline.
At 5 years old I began my training to become a ballerina. I went to college for ballet and launched my professional career at 21. In 2016, I was diagnosed with a potentially career ending hip-injury. I was devastated to think that my lifelong passion for ballet might be cut short. Instead of being defeated, I decided to commit to an intense physical therapy and exercise regime. During my recovery, a second passion of mine began to grow. I became more and more curious about the latest exercise science and the most effective ways to reach peak athletic performance. I experimented with tons of different exercise techniques including Weight-Training, Pilates, Yoga, HIIT, PNF Stretching, Physical Therapy, and more. After several dedicated weeks, I was able to debut as the Sugar Plum Fairy in The Nutcracker at full-strength. Ever since, I have been committed to physical fitness which has led me to develop a program that I believe anyone can benefit from. Ballerina Body© combines multiple exercise techniques to create a strong, long, and sculpted body that anyone can achieve!
