Ballerina Body's 28-Day workout plan is designed to:

  • Build strength,

  • Increase range of motion

  • Improve posture, balance, coordination, and stamina.

 

The results are a longer, stronger, and more confident you!

During the program, you will follow a monthly calendar of workouts that include strength training, Pilates, cardio, and stretch classes.

The workouts are:

  • Around 30 minutes or less.

  • Can be done from the comfort of your home.

  • Require minimal to no equipment.

 

No dance experience is required and workouts can be adjusted to suit any fitness level.

With Ballerina Body you can expect:
